35th Anniversary Fundraiser!

The Cinematique is celebrating its 35th year with a fundraising event at the theater on November 1st, 2026   We are inviting you to join us in celebrating Cinematique’s cultural contribution to our community while helping ensure the continued availability of arts and cultural programming that enriches the quality of life in Volusia County. We have learned that state and county grant funding on which we have relied will not be available to us this year. This support has been an important part of sustaining our arts programming.

This 35th anniversary fundraiser has been created to help preserve our mission to keep the arts alive on Beach Street in beautiful historic downtown Daytona Beach by offering

independent and international films, live music events, improve comedy, open-mic

poetry, visual-art exhibitions, and other creative programming. We are the 2026 winner of Best Event Venue in Volusia and Flagler counties as voted by the public in the annual “Community Choice Awards.”

The November 1st fundraiser is a two-hour event with a silent auction, charcuterie, light refreshments, and wine tasting.  We will be screening 'bite-sized' documentaries about the history and beauty of wine that will be echoed in the wine samples offered.  We are raising funds to continue offering our space for the arts community for which we can provide a stage.

There are two main ways to contribute to our fundraising efforts.  If you would like to highlight your business at Cinematique of Daytona’s 35th Anniversary by donating an auction item, you will be adding to the excitement of the event and showcasing your brand to the bidders.  Contribute an item to our silent auction or you can consider a financial sponsorship. (Should any entity or business wish to support our non-profit 501 c3 and not receive any marketing perks, we are happy to oblige. Monetary gifts can be written off as a “non profit” donation. Please consider a yearly recurring gift moving forward from your business.)

General Admission

Tickets per person are $75.00.
November 1st at 3pm.  Doors open at 2:30pm.
Cinematique Theater - 242 S. Beach Street, Daytona Beach

Guests will enjoy a generous charcuterie spread with vegetarian options, a wine tasting curated to complement the ‘short pour’ documentary films we will be screening, and commentary on the featured wines from the great minds at Madeline’s Wine Bar.

We will have a silent auction featuring big-ticket items curated by Bobby with Volusia Sports Foundation, and our own gift baskets showcasing our Volusia County community.

Sponsorship Levels

$10,000 Level- Studio Executive Sponsor:

  • Marketing for the 35th anniversary event will list the name/logo of your choosing and will have first placement on the event’s promotional materials.

  • Pre-show sponsor acknowledgement for every film shown for twelve months following the contribution.

  • 20 Patron memberships (for friends, family, employees, clients) which provide discounted rates on all general admission film tickets including free popcorn for each screening/improv event. We can personalize all gift memberships for the gift giving season.

  • 10 Seats (Two tables) at the 35th Anniversary fundraising event on November 1st, 2026. These guests will receive a VIP gift bag at the event featuring local businesses including gift cards, SWAG, and local perks.

$5,000 Level – Movie Star Sponsor:

  • Marketing for the 35th anniversary event will list the name/logo of your
    choosing on the event’s promotional materials.

  • Pre-show sponsor acknowledgement for every film shown for nine months following the contribution.

  • 10 Patron memberships (for friends, family, employees, clients) which provide
    discounted rates on all general admission film tickets including free popcorn for
    each screening/improv event. We can personalize all gift memberships for
    the gift-giving season.

  • 5 Seats (one table) at the 35th Anniversary fundraising event on November
    1st, 2026.  These guests will receive a VIP gift bag featuring
    local business including gift cards, SWAG, and local perks.

$2,000 Level - Executive Producer Sponsor:

  • Marketing for the 35th anniversary event will list the name/logo of yourchoosing on the event’s promotional materials.

  • Pre-show sponsor acknowledgement for every film shown for six months following the contribution.

  • 5 Patron memberships (for friends, family, employees) which providediscounted rates on all general admission film tickets including free one popcorn foreach screening/improv event. We can personalize all gift memberships forthe gift-giving season.

  • 2 Seats at the 35th Anniversary fundraising event on November 1st, 2026. These guests will receive a VIP gift bag at the event featuring local businesses including gift cards, SWAG, and local perks.

$1,000 Level - Producer Sponsor:

  • Marketing for the 35th anniversary event will list the name/logo of your
    choosing on the event’s promotional materials.

  • Pre-show sponsor acknowledgement for every film shown for three months following the contribution.

  • 3 Patron memberships (for friends, family, employees) which provide discounted rates on all general admission film tickets including one free popcorn for each screening/improv event. We can personalize all gift memberships for the gift-giving season.

  • 2 Seats at the 35th Anniversary fundraising event on November 1st, 2026. These guests will receive a VIP gift bag at the event featuring local businesses including gift cards, SWAG, and local perks.
     

Silent Auction

  • Smaller donated items may be combined into one or more themed ‘Beach Street Baskets.’ Higher-value donations and experiences may be featured as individual auction lots.  Please include your logo and any info you would like to highlight for our guests.  

  • Higher value and individual silent auction items will have their own space on the table.  Items can include; ‘Experiences,’ artwork, curated packages, hotel stays, large value gift certificates, certificates to a class, entrance to a museum, tickets to an upcoming event, and other items our bidders can keep or give as gifts for family and friends.  Please include a description of your offering for the display and information you would like highlighted for your business.

  • Being a donor to the Cinematique of Daytona, Inc. is also a perfect way to keep the arts alive on Beach Street and in our surrounding communities.
